3 Simple Ways to Fit Cardio Into Your Everyday LifeAlthough strength training and spot toning are important, cardio should always be included in your routine to achieve a full body workout. However, many people tend to put off cardio due to the amount of time that is required to receive maximum benefits. If you struggle with working cardio into your fitness routine, then you may be relieved to know that even short bursts of cardio can add up to a full workout when spread out over the day. Here, are three simple ways that you can fit cardio into your everyday life without sacrificing your other responsibilities.

Wake Up Early

When the morning alarm goes off, it can be tempting to hit snooze and catch a few more minutes of sleep. Interestingly, sleeping late can often lead to a decrease in your mental focus as well as grogginess. To arrive at work energized, wake up early and take a brisk walk or jog. Turn Lunch into a Power Walk

In today’s competitive work environment, you may be tempted to work through your lunch at the desk. However, sitting for so long at a time can actually lead to a loss of productivity. Instead, plan to take a walk or jog on your lunch break. If your gym is not nearby, then head outside to a local park or walking trail. Make it a Social Event

Have you ever wondered why so many of our social events revolve around going out to eat?
